You have now been caught stealing iron nails.  What is the process of convicting you at court?  Use the Old Bailey website to find out about different punishments and how the court works in the early 1800's.

to show what you have found out about the First Fleet.

You have now been convicted of stealing and sentenced to transportation to Botany Bay.  Use the database to find out the name of someone who was convicted for stealing something.  Include information about the people, the ships and the voyage to Australia.  You must include a graph and a map as part of your booklet.
